As of October 3, 2024. construction has not started. In July the building experienced a flood which damage a majority of the west side of the building. After latest developments with stakeholders, it looks like the new forecasted timeline for this going to GMP, bid solicitations and advertisement, will be late in the first quarter or early in the second quarter of 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Renovation & Remodeling to include evaluation and possible replacement of: o Roof Systems o Mechanical, Electrical/Lighting, & Plumbing Systems o Interior Finishes o Building Envelope (Walls Systems, Window/Door Systems) o Technology Infrastructure o Campus Safety/Security o Life Safety Systems (Fire Alarm, Fire Protection) o Site Conditions (Paving, Storm Water)
