Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a parking garage in Bradenton, Florida. Design plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; for the construction of a parking garage; and for paving for a parking garage.
To raze and construct a new county parking garage that is larger and more efficient for both the public and county employees. There will be a developed Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) prior to demolition and parking spaces will be located for all displaced users that park daily in the facility. As of August 14, 2024, this project is in the design phase and it is at 30% design. A firm timeline for bidding and start of construction has not been determined. This project is included in Manatee County's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
