Bridge No. F03-04. This project is for the replacement of the existing weight-restricted two-span reinforced concrete bridge on Holter Road over Hollow Creek. The crossing is currently posted at 40,000 lbs for single units and 57,000 lbs for combination units. The bridge structure is in fair condition and the waterway opening is inadequate. The 2022 ADT at the bridge is 3101 vehicles per day. The project is included in the City's 2027-2032 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) As of September 01, 2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
