Site work for a water / sewer project in Jefferson, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project entails the addition of a second tank, directly adjacent to and of similar dimensions and identical capacity, to the existing 350,000-gallon glass coated steel at the site. The new tank is expected to nearly match and have a consistent appearance with the existing tank, as the aesthetics of the tank are important. Work includes, but is not limited to the design, fabrication, delivery, construction, erection, inspection, testing, and disinfection of a factory glass coated, bolted carbon steel water storage tank, appurtenances, accessories, and reinforced concrete foundation to be completed by a single Tank Contractor. The tank foundation and floor are an integral element of the tank construction. Other ancillary site work, permitting, contingencies and other relevant incidentals are to be included.
