Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

**As of August 8, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded next week. ** The Johnstown-Cambria County Airport Authority expressly reserves the right or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the same. Each bidder with his/her proposal a bid security in an amount equal to at least 10% of Bid of his/her Base Bid. Said security shall be in the form and subject to given in Instruction to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within after the actual date of the opening thereof. Successful bidders must enter into and furnish Payment and Performance Bonds and evidence of with fifteen (15) days after notification acceptance of such proposals, all specifically required in the Contract Documents. as predetermined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth and included in the specifications and contract documents and/or shall be used by the CONTRACTOR in paying labour in connection with the this contract. All work under this contract shall be subject to the in the Bid Documents.
