Request for Proposal identifies a business opportunity for the successful Proponent to provide a supply of prefabricated packaged wastewater treatment plants followed by installation and commissioning support at Fulford Harbour Terminal located on Saltspring Island and Lyall Harbour Terminal located on Saturna Island as part of scheduled end-of-life service replacement.
