Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Williamsburg, Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project generally consists of the demolition of existing 4-2 and 4-8 wet well and pump station fencing and installation of a new wet well and relocation of existing 25 HP suction lift pump system. The existing suction lift pump system has a maximum with of 2,600 lbs. The pump station shall connect to the existing influent manhole with new 8 gravity line. The pump station shall also connect to the existing force main with a 10 force main line. All existing electrical and control wiring and conduits shall be extended from the existing pump station building to the new wet well location. PVC coated rigid metal conduit and flexible PE conduit shall be minimum 3/4 . Lift Station 2-4 entails installing at 72 Diameter staddle manhole structure on top of an existing 20-inch ductile iron pipe. The structure bench is to be built according to plan, along with the bar screen structure.
