Work under this Project includes but is not limited to restoring cracked or spalled concrete on the superstructure, such as bridge deck, top and underside, and other components at locations indicated in the Plans or as directed by the Engineer using pump or pour methods, in complete and strict accordance with specifications in the Bidding Documents. Contractor must demonstrate experience in bridge structural repairs projects, bridge surveys, and must demonstrate a level of expertise, technical knowledge, innovation, and overall capacity to provide the structural repairs.
