Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
As of September 13, 2022, the owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. Work under this Project includes but is not limited to professional engineering and construction services (Design Build) for the extension of the Dog Park located on 1030 92nd Street. The final design and construction shall be according to the Concept Design prepared by the FIU School of Architecture. The selected Design-Build firm shall be capable of providing planning, design, permitting, construction, cost estimating, and construction management, in complete and strict accordance with specifications in the Request for Proposals. Proposers must demonstrate experience in the Planning, Design, Construction of Recreational Facilities, Construction Management, and must demonstrate a level of expertise, technical knowledge, innovation, and overall capacity to provide the Design-Build services. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, except timely submission of bids, in any bids received, to re-advertise for bids or to take any other such actions that may be deemed in the best interests of the Town.
