Biosolids Digester Facilities - T-07.15: Exterior Skin Systems Supply and Installation This work will be performed at the Southeast Treatment Plant. This is an operating wastewater plant with extensive above- and below-grade infrastructure that must remain in continuous operation at all times. A brief description of the Scope of works.
