The 171st Air Refueling Wing, located in Coraopolis, PA, intends to issue this solicitation to award a single firm fixed-price contract for a project to "Repair Stormwater Systems". Construction services will consist of furnishing labor, plant, materials, and equipment, and performing work necessary to repair, replace, and consolidate existing storm water outfalls 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 010, 010F, 010G, 012 and 013. Existing Outfalls 001, 002, and 003 shall be consolidated into a new Outfall 001. Existing Outfalls 004 and 005 shall be consolidated into a new Outfall 002. Existing Outfall 010G shall be closed. All other outfalls shall be repaired. Additional site work will include storm drainage improvements and site paving. Magnitude of the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Construction/contract completion time is 12 months after notice to proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 237110. The small business size standard is $39.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. A pre-bid conference will be conducted on 1 August 2022, 9:00 am (ET). Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference.
