Bids are invited from Qualified General Contractors for 2022 Community Center Fieldhouse Addition at Kankakee High School. The work includes, but is not limited to, the addition of a fieldhouse and a two-story addition to include a lobby, community room, offices, locker rooms, toilet rooms, parking lot, and associated site work. The work also includes the remodeling of the existing south gymnasium and locker rooms, and all associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection. Work is to be awarded as a single contract. Sealed Bids, submitted in duplicate, for the Contract shall be received. *Troop Contracting requests bids emailed to estimating@troopcontracting.com by 12:00 p.m. on June 26, 2022. Interested subcontractors may contact Troop Contracting directly to be added to the bid list.
