his RFT is an invitation by the City for the provision of all labour, materials and equipment necessary for the supply, manufacture, delivery, assembly, and installation of all elements required to construct four parkettes with gateway signage at Lawrence Avenue and Warden Avenue in the Wexford Heights Business Improvement Area as further described in Part 3 - Appendix A (DRAWINGS) and Appendix B (SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract (the Project). The Contractor will be responsible for providing all the necessary resources to carry out, but not limited to, the following activities related to this project: - Protection of building, trees, and existing adjacent site elements; - Removals, demolition, excavation, & relocations; - Installation of concrete paving & curbs; - Repairs to asphalt paving as required; - Installation of new tactile warning surface indicators; - Installation of wood benches; - Installation of customized signs; - Installation of freestanding corten steel planters; - Perennial, shrub, & tree plantings; - Others as described in the drawings & specifications.
