Toronto, ON M6N 2H6 8. 58 Waterton Rd. Etobicoke, ON M9P 2R1 9. 4100 Lawrence Ave. East. Scarborough, ON M1E 2R9 10. 1286 Wilson Ave. North York, ON M3M 1H6 Proponents must bid on all locations to be considered for award. TCHC will be awarding each site separately to the lowest priced submission per location. A single proponent can be awarded a maximum of four (4) locations. If the Proponent submitted the lowest price for more than four (4) locations, TCHC will determine which location will be awarded based on what is most financially advantageous for TCHC.
