Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** The Project consists of replacement of the existing sanitary collection sewer system and laterals on Rose Street and consists of: removal of two existing brick manholes, VCP main sewer and laterals, and the installation of two precast manholes, approximately 630 LF of 8" PVC sewer main, approximately nine 6 PVC sewer laterals (about 290 LF) and cleanouts, corresponding engineering fill, and asphalt street restoration. Sealed bids will be received for: Contract No. 2022-A - Rose Street Sanitary Sewer Project. The project scope includes removal of two existing brick manholes, VCP main sewer and laterals, and this installation of two precast manholes, approximately 630 LF of 8" PVC sewer main, approximately 9 PVC sewer laterals and cleanouts, corresponding engineering fill, and asphalt street restoration. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are sent by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. This project is being funded through Armstrong County ARPA funding. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates and other State requirements apply and are included in the Bid Documents. Bidders must also comply with all requirements of the Pennsylvania Act 127 of 2012 known as the Public Works Employment Verification Act. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Kiski Township Sewage Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals, for any reason whatsoever.
