The purpose of this Request for Proposal (hereafter called RFP) is for California State East Bay (hereafter called the University) is seeking to contract with a vendor(s) to provide maintenance services for the baseball and softball fields that will fulfill the needs of the University on the Hayward Campus. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (hereafter called RFP) is for California State East Bay (hereafter called the University) is seeking to contract with a vendor(s) to provide maintenance services for the baseball and softball fields that will fulfill the needs of the University on the Hayward Campus. The University expects the highest level of services for these fields. The University is soliciting sealed proposals for anticipated contractual period of one (1) years with one (1) possible renewal of one year, subject to budgetary approval on a year basis to fulfill the needs for the University of Hayward campus, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal. The University may choose to use other vendors services/products when the awarded vendor is unable to provide a necessary product or service or if the equipment offered by the awarded vendor does not meet the necessary standards (as deemed by the University) for the specific needs. Term of Agreement The anticipated contractual period will be for one (1) years with one (1) possible renewal of one year, subject to budgetary approval on a year basis.
