The City of Glendora is seeking proposals from qualified architectural-engineering firms to provide professional services to conduct an in-depth structural analysis of the library structure including material testing and assessment for second floor feasibility. Glendora Public Library is located at 140 S Glendora Avenue. Glendora Public Library was built in 1972. The library is a two-story reinforced concrete and concrete masonry (CMU) structure with 27,000 square feet covered area located next to the City of Glendora City Hall at the southeast corner of Glendora Boulevard and W. Foothill Avenue. First floor has different reading halls, second floor has public meeting hall, some offices space and open plaza. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. Proect awarded to "MHP Structural Engineers"
