Renovation of a library in Glendora, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The City of Glendora is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to replace the hot water boiler at the City of Glendora Library. The library is a two-story building with 27,000 square feet covered area located next to the City of Glendora City Hall at the southeast corner of Glendora Boulevard and W. Foothill Avenue. The existing Ajax boiler of the City is not in working condition with rusted parts, leaking gaskets, and failed ignitors. The existing boiler is Ajax Model WGH-900, Serial 555465. The city is looking for a boiler with equivalent capacity that can serve the whole library building.
