Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is not an order. The purpose of this RFQ is to request a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firm and/or individual (A&E Consultant) that can provide leadership and brings proven experience in managing construction projects. The San Joaquin County, Purchasing and Support Services on behalf of Capital Projects is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide A&E services for a number of San Joaquin County Capital Projects (County). The County is seeking a qualified firm and/or individual (A&E Consultant) that can provide leadership and brings proven experience in managing construction projects. The County is seeking A&E services for the following projects:
1. Construction of a new training facility (pre-fabricated metal) on County owned land for the Sheriff's Office.
2. Construction of a new vocational classroom facility (pre-fabricated metal) on County owned land for the Sheriff's Office.
3. Construction of a new evidence storage facility (pre-fabricated metal) on County owned land for the Sheriff's Office.
