The Affordable Housing Corporation of Lakewood is seeking a multi-disciplined Architectural and Engineering firm to provide professional services for the implementation of work items as follows: 1. Maintenance garage roof replacement/ covering at the John J. Currey building, 220 East 4th Street, Lakewood, NJ. 2. Replace 106 bathroom tubs at the John J. Currey building, 220 East 4th Street, Lakewood, NJ. 3. Update/renovate 2 elevator cabs at the Peter Ward building, 100 Woehr Avenue, Lakewood, NJ. 4. Update existing building access systems to replace fingerprint/card readers with facial recognition readers at both the John J. Currey building and Peter Ward building. The Affordable Housing Corporation of Lakewood encourages participation by minority enterprises. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
