Site work and paving for a road / highway in Attica, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project includes the following Work: Cost Center 1 - Lapeer County Health Department Parking Lot Reconstruction consisting of HMA base crushing and shaping of existing parking lot, earthwork, drainage improvements, new HMA pavement, new dumpster enclosure and other related work. Cost Center 2 - Lapeer County Harmony Hall parking lot reconstruction consisting of HMA pavement removal, earthwork, drainage improvements, concrete pad, new HMA pavement and other related work. Cost Center 3 - Lapeer County Mental Health Carport Driveway reconstruction consisting of HMA pavement removal, earthwork, drainage improvements, new HMA pavement and other related work. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Lapeer County, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner.
