Project has been awarded but award amount not confirmed. As of 06/29/2022 Estimated cost of under $200,000. The town board will open and consider proposals during their meeting. Mailed bids may be sent to Bridgeport Town Clerk, at 38626 Troy Drive, Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin 53821. The Town is requesting proposals for pulverizing; resurfacing and shouldering Ward Road with MV Hot Mix Asphalt, Type E-1 Mix, PG 58-28 approximately 6870 feet/ 20 feet wide and resurface to a thickness of 3 inches in two 1.5 inch lifts. Bidders are to provide the following in there proposal: Cost per ton to resurface main line with a total project cost. Cost to pulverize existing asphalt pavement. o Cost to fine grade, water and compact base course materials. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Town for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of receiving bids. Lowest responsible bidder shall provide proof of insurance and be responsible for all required items needed to complete the project. Interested bidders may contact the Town Chairman, John Karnopp at 37728 US Hwy 18, Lot 1, Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin 53821 The Town reserves the right to change these specifications without notice and without incurring any obligation relating to such change that may be more advantageous to the Town and reserves the right to acceptor reject any or all bids or to accept the bid that is most advantageous to the Town
