The Town is requesting proposals for pulverizing; resurfacing and shouldering Ward Road with MV Hot Mix Asphalt, Type E-1 Mix, PG 58-28 approximately 6870 feet/ 20 feet wide and resurface to a thickness of 3 inches in two 1.5 inch lifts. Bidders are to provide the following in there proposal: Cost per ton to resurface main line with a total project cost. Cost to pulverize existing asphalt pavement. o Cost to fine grade, water and compact base course materials. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Town for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of receiving bids. Lowest responsible bidder shall provide proof of insurance and be responsible for all required items needed to complete the project.
