Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tualatin, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure form will be received at the location given for the receipt of the bid until 4:00 pm (local time), July 26, 2022. Instructions for providing the First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure and the required disclosure form are included in the Contract Documents. The disclosure form shall be submitted no later than two working hours, including lunch hours, after the Bid Closing. THE CITY WILL REJECT A BID IF THE BIDDER FAILS TO SUBMIT THE DISCLOSURE FORM WITH THIS INFORMATION BY THE STATED DEADLINE. Major items of work consist of the following: construction of concrete pathways, road widening, curb and sidewalk improvements, curb ramp replacement, storm drain conveyance, asphalt fog coat, striping and signing, pedestrian RRFB signal, modifications to existing pedestrian push buttons, landscaping, and other items as called for on the plans. Contractor shall reach substantial completion of all work except for asphalt concrete paving and striping by April 15, 2023. Contractor shall reach substantial completion of all asphalt paving no later than May 15, 2023. Contractor shall reach substantial completion of striping no later than May 30, 2023.
