There is no guiding RFP document. However, interested parties can rely on TriMet’s Transit-Oriented Development Guidelines, and TOD web page for guidance on the types of development TriMet may consider at this site. Members of the public can inspect the site at any time, and interested parties should rely on publicly available site information to formulate their initial proposals. TriMet has received an unsolicited proposal from Related Northwest to purchase TriMet's Mohawk Park and Ride site, a 3.03-acre parcel located at 7850 SW Mohawk Street in Tualatin, Oregon. The proposal provides for the construction of approximately 100 housing units that will be affordable to tenants earning 30-60% of the Area Median Income. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
