Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tualatin, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be done under this contract consists of the following in Washington County: 1. Implement temporary traffic control and temporary erosion control measures 2. Perform earthwork 3. Install new drainage features including pipe, manholes, and inlets 4. Construct retaining walls 5. Construct stormwater management facilities 6. Perform cold plane pavement removal 7. Construct aggregate base and asphalt concrete pavement 8. Construct concrete curbs, gutters, islands, sidewalks, raised bike lanes and driveways 9. Install permanent signing and striping 10. Install illumination and traffic signals 11. Install permanent seeding, landscaping, and irrigation system 12. Construct 66-inch asphalt lined welded steel water transmission pipeline and appurtenances 13. Install potable water pipe and appurtenances. 14. Perform additional and incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans The Project cost range is $55,000,000 - $70,000,000. The Class of Work for this project is: Asphalt Concrete Paving and Oiling (ACP) and Earthwork and Drainage (EART). *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
