Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Tualatin, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Major items of work consist of the following: demolition, tree removal, utility & drainage improvements, unit paving, synthetic turf surfacing, concrete paving, landscaping, irrigation, site furnishings, masonry features & surfacing, reflection pool, bollards, flag poles & flags, shade structure, lighting & controls, water station, and foundations for future artwork by others. The Contractor shall begin Work within thirty (30) calendar days following the Notice to Proceed. Once the Contractor has commenced Work, the Contractor shall reach Substantial Completion of all work in this project by one-hundred and fifty (150) calendar days, and Final Completion by one-hundred and eighty (180) calendar days. The City of Tualatin reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Bids cannot be withdrawn within thirty (30) calendar days after the Bid Closing
