Renovation of a municipal facility in Beckley, West Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of August 04, 2022, project is cancelled at this time. No definite date for the rebid.** The Raleigh County Commission (RCC) will accept sealed bids for exterior masonry work on the Raleigh County Courthouse located at 215 Main St., Beckley, WV. The work shall consist of removing and replacing stone caps on parapet walls, including flashing work. To be eligible for this work, bidders must be qualified to perform historic restorations (masonry). Final addendum to the bid package shall be made available to all eligible bidders before July 12, 2022. Envelopes are to be marked "Courthouse Masonry". This is a drug-free workplace and the Raleigh County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids
