Beckley Veterans Nursing Facility Architectural/Engineering The West Virginia Purchasing Division, for the agency, the West Virginia Department of Veterans Assistance, is soliciting Expressions of Interest from qualified firms to provide professional design services to develop construction documents for a 120 bed Veterans Nursing Facility located in Beckley, WV, per the attached he Acquisitions and Contract Administration Section of the Purchasing Division ("Purchasing Division") is soliciting Expression(s) of Interest ("EOI" or "Bids") for the West Virginia Department of Veterans Assistance ("Agency"), from qualified firms to provide architectural/engineering services ("Vendors") as defined herein. The mission or purpose of the project for which bids are being solicited is to provide architecture and engineering design services and to provide construction bid documents suitable for advertisement using State purchasing procedures, meeting all appropriate building codes, ADA compliance, force protection standards and to perform construction administration services for the construction of a 120,000 square-foot, 120-bed veterans nursing facility on an approximately 12-acre tract of land adjacent in the northeast direction to the Jackie Withrow Hospital, 105 South Eisenhower Drive, Beckley, WV.
