Neither dating of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Proposal form must be received on or before date and time stated. Bidders must comply with all bidding requirements and conditions set forth in the Project Manual. All bidders and bidders subcontractors shall be licensed in compliance with the West Virginia Contractors Licensing Act. All Bidders MUST visit job site/sites to familiarize themselves with the Project conditions and other relevant information prior to submitting a bid. Should any bidder fail to visit job site its Bid will be disqualified. Contact Jennifer Colvin, Director Safety at 304-256-4500 for arrangement of visitation to sites. The Raleigh County Board of Education does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its procurement policies, practices, or procedures. The Raleigh County Board of Education or designee reserves the right to reject any and all bids, an dto make such selection by item or total bid amount as deemed to be in the best interest of Raleigh County Schools.
