The work will consist of the construction of a passive acid mine drainage treatment a system including settling ponds, flushing limestone leach beds, and wetlands. West Virginia Code 21-11-2 requires that all Bidders desiring to perform contractual work in West Virginia must be duly licensed. All prospective Bidders shall be licensed prior to submitting their bid and shall include their contractors license number on their bid in accordance with the requirements of West Virginia Code 21-11-11.
