The Town of Hingham invites contractors to submit Bids for the South Shore Country Club Outdoor Pool Complex, Project #SSCC7125 located at 274 South Street, Hingham, MA. All bids for the project are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. c. 149, 44A and 44J, c. 30, 39M and to minimum wages as required by M.G.L. c. 149, 26 to 27H inclusive. Filed Sub-Bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. Estimated Cost $8,000,000 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Town of Hingham will reject any or all bids when required to do so by the above referenced General Laws or if it deems it to be in the public interest to do so. The Awarding Authority also reserves the right to waive any informalities in any bid based on the public interest to proceed in this way.
