Renovation of a fire / police facility in Hanover Twp, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Hanover Township Board of Commissioners will receive Bids for work in the Police Department consisting of the following: Chief's Office, Interview Room and Evidence Room. Project includes: removal of existing vinyl base, removal of existing carpet, preparation of existing VCT/floor by scraping off carpet adhesive, patching of subfloor as needed, provide and install Stone Barn Fall Creek LVP flooring (no substitutes), provide and install new 4" vinyl base molding. Electrical scope of work: Installation of 7-4' led strip fixtures in holding cells and hallways to work off of existing switches. Installation of 2-20 amp circuits from panel to work area. Installation of single duplex outlet or dedicated circuit for refrigerator. Installation of quad outlet on dedicated circuit at counter height for computer and printer. All exposed wiring to be in EMT conduit Bid is to include labor and materials for all. Permits are required at the expense of the contractor. All Bids should be in a sealed envelope clearly marked Police Dept. Work Bids considered at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Hanover Township Board of Commissioners, to be held on July 13, 2022 at 7:00 pm (local time) at the Township Municipal Building.
