As of August 2, 2022, a design engineer has been selected. The first phases of this project is expected to bid at the end of 2024. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The Lower Paxton Township Authority (LPTA) is accepting proposals for consulting engineering services for the PC-3E and PC-1F sanitary sewer and storm sewer replacement/rehabilitation projects. LPTA desires to engage an Engineering Consultant to provide field investigations, preliminary and final design phase services, permitting, bid and award phase services, and limited construction phase services for the PC-3E and PC-1F Sanitary and Storm Sewer Replacement/Rehabilitation Projects in the Paxton Creek Basin. Each Proposal must be complete, and the right is reserved to reject any and all Proposals and to accept any Proposal deemed to be most favorable to the interests of LOWER PAXTON TOWNSHIP AUTHORITY.
