The Project generally consists of highway line painting on streets located in Lower Paxton Township. Prospective Bidders can obtain Bidding Documents free of charge from Issuing Office by contacting Lisa Woods at 717-657-5615 or lwoods@lowerpaxton-pa.gov. Bidding Documents will be issued by email. Bids shall be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit and the qualification requirements in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Lower Paxton Township reserves the right, at its option, to waive any informalities, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all Bids and to reject any or all Bids. Written requests shall be submitted by mail or e-mail to the Engineer's office: Lower Paxton Township Public Works Department Attn: Mr. Timothy Nolt, P.E. 5975 Locust Lane Harrisburg, PA 17109 Email: tnolt@lowerpaxton-pa.gov This agreement shall be for one year from the effective date. The agreement shall be automatically renewed for one additional one year periods unless cancelled in writing by either party not less than thirty days prior to the termination date of the agreement.
