Lubbock Power and Light Substation Firewall It is the intent and purpose of Lubbock Power & Light that this request permits competitive proposals. It is the Offeror's responsibility to advise Lubbock Power & Light Purchasing Manager if any language, requirements, etc., or any combinations thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this RFP to a single source. Such notification must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Lubbock Power & Light Purchasing Office no later than five (5) business days prior to the proposal closing date. A review of such notifications will be made. All Requests for Additional Information or Clarification Concerning This Request for Proposal (Rfp) Must Be Submitted in Writing No Later Than Five (5) Business Days Prior to the Proposal Closing Date and Emailed to: Cheyennegoodman@lpandl.com. Lubbock Power & Light reserves the right to postpone the date and time for accepting proposals through an addendum. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. 2. Questions and clarifications ending on July 14th has ended and will not be extended.
