A review of such notifications will be made. All Requests for Additional Information or Clarification Concerning This Request for Proposal (Rfp) Must Be Submitted in Writing No Later Than Five (5) Business Days Prior to the Proposal Closing Date and Emailed to: Cheyennegoodman@lpandl.com. Lubbock Power & Light reserves the right to postpone the date and time for accepting proposals through an addendum. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. 2. Questions and clarifications ending on July 14th has ended and will not be extended.
