The City of Greenfield (City) is accepting proposals from qualified firms or teams to prepare the requisite CEQA and NEPA documents and conduct a review of technical reports for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement Project. The applicant is the City Public Works Department. The project is the result of a Master Planning Process to address the City wastewater treatment needs through the year 2040 and to meet the new Regional Water Control Board General Order requirements. If you or your firm has experience with preparation of CEQA and NEPA documents for public improvement projects, and specifically environmental documents that will comply with State Board State Revolving Fund (SRF) funding requirements, we invite you to respond to the City'sRequest for Proposals (RFP).
