Reference number : 1620429 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-07-11 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Municipality of Charette is asking for bids for road works located on rue Armand-A. -Samson, rue des Flambeaux and rue Bellemare. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the engineering department of the MRC de Maskinongé. A bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the price submitted must accompany the bid. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. *Award is subject to final approval.
