Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Redford, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a 6,540-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 14,500-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This bid package includes work associated with building a 6,540SF gymnasium addition and renovating 14,500SF of existing educational spaces. In addition, the existing parking lot and drives will be repaired/replaced as described in the contract documents. B. Contract Terms: Lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum). TMP PROJECT NO:- 21022, 21023, 21024, 21025, 21026, 21027 Addams Elementary Addition and Renovations - Bid Package 3 - New gym addition and remodeling The School Board will not accept any bid submitted after the indicated due time and date. Bidders will be required to submit with their Bid Proposals a Bid Security by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the state where the Project is located. All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by the following two forms: Familial Disclosure Form (in accordance with MCL 380.1267) and an Iran Economic Sanctions Act Form (in compliance with Michigan Public Act No. 517 of 2012). Bid Proposals that do not include these two sworn and notarized forms shall not be accepted.
