**Bids will now be due on Friday, 1/6/2022 at 1:00 PM for the following categories listed below:** 6-3: Concrete 6-4: Steel 6-5: Casework 6-6: Roofing 6-18: Mechanical 6-20: Site Utilities & Earthwork For the following work: BP 6 Innovation Center The School Board will not accept any bid submitted after the indicated due time and date. Bidders will be required to submit with their Bid Proposals a Bid Security by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the state where the Project is located. All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by the following three forms: Familial Disclosure Form (in accordance with MCL 380.1267), an Iran Economic Sanctions Act Form (in compliance with Michigan Public Act No. 517 of 2012) and an Affidavit of Compliance Form (Criminal Background Checks). Bid Proposals that do not include these three sworn and notarized forms shall not be accepted. Please remember that we are requiring a mandatory walk through for the trades below: - Demolition - Masonry - Painting - Carpet - Hard Tile - Fluid Applied Flooring If you plan on submitting a bid for these categories, please schedule a walk-through with BMB before bids are due!
