Renovation of an educational facility in Stony Brook, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All work on this Contract is to be completed within 720 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined free of charge at the campus and at the following location beginning on 7/6/2022. Stony Brook University, Campus Planning Design & Construction, Research & Support Services Bldg., Suite 160, Development Drive, Stony Brook, NY 11794-6010 Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Only those contractors who attend the site visit will be eligible to bid on this project. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.
