Provide Phase 100 Study and Phase 300 Schematic Design services to evaluate and provide an assessment of the overall condition of the Mill drop box, flutter wheel, connection to the base, sluiceway tie-in to the drop box, and the pitman arm. The saw mill is a reproduction of a mill that would have been on site in the late 1700'S. The current mill was constructed in 1984. The supports under the mill were replaced about 10 years ago and are now steel beams cased in lumber. The mill is nearly 40 years old and is a major program element for the park.
