o Removal of games, plastic edging, street furniture;
o Removal of a bituminous coated surface;
o Construction of cement concrete slabs and curbs;
o Placement of bituminous mixes;
o Acrylic coating on asphalt;
o Fiber play area;
o Supply and installation of pre-selected play modules for 2-5 year olds and 5-12 year olds;
o Supply and installation of street furniture;
o Supply and installation of semi-buried bins;
o Electrical work on lighting network;
o Planting of plants. Only tenders prepared on the official tender forms provided by the City of Blainville will be considered. Each tender will be accompanied by a certified check, drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or a credit union, in favor of the City of Blainville, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the tender or a surety tender issued in favor of the City of Blainville for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the tender. Each tender must also be accompanied by a letter of intent from an insurance company authorized to operate in Quebec and certifying that the required bonds will be granted to the tenderer, in the event that the latter is chosen to carry out the work. The City of Blainville does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation or any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s).
