The County of Hillsdale will receive sealed bid proposals from qualified contractor for the 2022 Friend of the Court - HVAC Upgrades. The work invoices the removal of the existing heating hot water system and the installation of a variable refrigerant flow heat pump system. Due to the timing of the work, the existing heating hot water boiler and terminal heating units will remain in operation until the new system is operational. Once the new system is operational, the existing heating hot water system will be removed.
