Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Redmond, Washington. Working plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The owner has selected a Design Builder. Project Description & Information: This project will add a new elementary school on the underdeveloped land of the existing Redmond Elementary School campus in downtown Redmond. The new school will accommodate at minimum 552 students. Additional upgrades to existing infrastructure of the Redmond Elementary School campus may be a part of the project; further studies are required. No phone calls will be accepted. Any questions and responses will be available for all responding to the RFQ. This project is fully funded by the 2022 Building Excellence Construction Levy approved by the LWSD voters on February 8, 2022. Occupancy is expected in or before August 2025.
