Reference number : 1620111 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-08-12 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 36 Subject of the invitation to tender Héma-Québec is issuing this Call for Tenders for the purpose of acquiring the services of a Service Provider for preventive and corrective maintenance work on request of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including the refrigeration at Héma-Québec establishments. The description of the services as well as Héma-Québec's specific requirements are as described in the Estimates. Any other requirements relating to the Call for Tenders process as well as the contractual obligations are as described in the Call for Tenders Documents. Tender Documents can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system . Duration of the Contract and options provided The expected duration of the Contract is 36 months. The contract also includes options for the additional acquisition of Goods, as described in the Tender Documents. Questions and clarifications Any question or request for clarification on any aspect of the Invitation to Tender or the Invitation to Tender Documents must be sent in writing to the handler of the file as identified in the Invitation to Tender Documents, and this, at least THREE (3) working days before the deadline date and time set for the receipt of Submissions. Héma-Québec does not undertake to accept any of the Tenders received, particularly when it finds that the prices are disproportionate or beyond its estimate.
