This project will construct improvements to the Ballinger Park Trail facilities, including construction of an approximately 1544 linear feet, 8-ft wide, impervious asphalt ADA walking trail and a concrete sidewalk entrance from the north parking lot near the senior center to the boat launch parking lot. The work includes clearing and grubbing, earthwork, adding subgrade, asphalt pavement, erosion control measures, construction of trail shoulders, and grading, minor restoration of disturbed areas and landscaping, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the 2022 WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. Additional Description: The estimated cost of construction is between $200,000 and $300,000.
