Site work for a water / sewer project in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Questions or clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bid must be received by 10:00 a.m. on March 4, 2022 This project constructs improvements to the City's water facilities, including approximately 9,411 linear feet of 6-inch, 8-inch, and 12-inch diameter class 52 ductile iron water main pipe, 67 gate valves, 23 fire hydrants, 3 Blowoff, 2 Combination Air Release/Air Vacuum Valve Assembly, 107 water service connections, pressure reducing valve (PRV) assemblies, and 35 linear feet of Sanitary Sewer Main. The work also includes minor restoration of concrete traffic curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, asphalt pavement and landscaping, traffic and erosion control, and other miscellaneous work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and Standard Specifications.
