East Tower Road upgrade located by N 36-31-16 W2ND Work details include: - 400 M upgrade with an 18-inch clay cap. - Dig out existing culvert and lower by 18 inches. - Dirt will be supplied by creating a dugout 1 KM away from work site. - Final gravelling will be completed by the RM of Big Quill. For further details on the scope of work please contact the R.M. of Big Quill Maintenance Manager Charlie Nelson at (306) 560-7318. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The contractor must have an account in good standing with Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board. Would prefer the job to be completed before the end of August in order to not interfere with the harvest season.
