Demolition, site work and paving for a civil project in Wynyard, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The R.M. of Big Quill No.308 is accepting tenders to replace two bridges with culverts in the spring/summer of 2024. Tenders will be received by the undersigned for completion of the following: Removal and disposal of the bridge located at N.NE 35-32-16 W2 and installation of two 3000mm X 16m culverts with 7m top. Removal and disposal of the bridge located at E.NE 03-33-16 W2 and installation of two 3000mm X 16m culverts with 8m top. Include in the pricing, placing of Rip Rap, and any further installation of erosion control that is required. The RM will be responsible for supplying the following: culverts, geotextile, road gravel for top of road and a grader to grade and finish top of road when completed. There are borrow pits within 1 mile of each bridge project for material supply. Any additional material will be supplied by the RM. The RM would like both bridge replacements to be completed by July 31, 2024, as to not interfere with farming operations of the RM ratepayers.
